Show Obituary. At 11 o'clock, Wednesday night, Duncan Jvelley, the young man who was so terribly crushed by the cars on the afternoon of that day, breathed his last. From the time he received the injury, the unfortunate man had 1 all the care and attention that could be given, and the best surgical and medical aid that could be procured; but the ' injuries were so severe that death ensued in a few hours. ' ' Duncan KUey was a young man of unblemished character, and since his residence in this Territory ha won a truly enviable reputation for being truthful, honest and upright in all his dealings; he was free from all of the vices which arc HQ pfl.cn found in young men of his age, and possessed pos-sessed the love and respect of all who knew him.; He was living with lus parents at the time of his decease, and his death is a severe shock to the aged couple who had proudly looked upon Ihcirson as one who was an honor to their household.. Their love for Duncan almost amounted to worship. The parents ami relatives of the deceased de-ceased have the sympathy of a large circle of friends. ' The funeral was held yesterday, and was attended by a large number of mourning and sympathetic friends. |
