Ap-propriata Ap-propriata resolutions were adopted. To-day evergreens are being sprung over tho streets through whioh the funeral procession will pass en route to the cemetery, all being appropriately draped. The following named renOemen are pall-bearers : Thurlow Weed, Edwin D Morgan, Richard Rebel), Samuel B Ruggles, Abram Wakeman, James Bauer, Elias W. Leavenworth, Edwin H. Morgan. Henry Welis, George Patterson, M. S. Myers, James A. Seymour, Riohard Steel, Ne'soo Beardslcy. Daniel Hewsnn, K. T. Martin, Mar-tin, John Porter, and J. H. Chedell. To day at the various ohurches touching touch-ing remarks were made by the pastors regarding the nation's bereavement, at Sl Peter's Episcopal church, where Seward had long worshipped, and whero for many years he was a vestryman, vestry-man, tho services wero particularly solemn. |
