Show Tukaybc Last night Mr. Dunne's benefit attracted quite a large house; and Mr. llardie made his jeeond and last appearance, he having to leave today to-day for San Francisco. The "Corsi-ean "Corsi-ean Brothers" was very well put upon the sure and played, giving satisfaction satisfac-tion throughout. At the close a loud call from the audience brought Mr. Llardie and Mr. Lannc to tho footlights, foot-lights, when the latter tendered, in a brief speech, his acknowledgments for! the patronage which his benefit had received and tor the many courtesies he had experienced inside and outside the theatre during his stay in Salt Lake. The o!:o which followed the drama was a p!c.viog y.xst of the entertainment, entertain-ment, tho music by lbs Tenth ward band being a feature. The theatre will not te open tonight. to-night. To-morrow evening "Married ' Life' and "Horatio Thomas Spark-ina'' Spark-ina'' will be presented. |
