New York, 6. The first official statement of the city and county debt, which Mayor Hall announces will hereafter here-after appear regularly in the first of every mouth, is published this morning. It shows the funded debt of the city, on July 31st, to have been 8543,317.08, and of the county, $247,913.50; from which, deducting a sinking fund of SltSS,o06.61, there remains as net funded debt of the city and county, $6U3, 423.06.
