Show Small Pox. Prom Dr. Powler, who returned from American Fork Canon, last evening, where he has been since Saturday, we learn the following in relation to tho small pox in that Canon: E. B. Chambers, the man who was so virulently attacked at the Wyoming Mino, near the Miller, died yesterday morning at two o'clock. W. Cummings, tho patient at the furnace, is convalescent, and will doubtless re. cover. The Doctor feels certain that ho will. Mr. Lytlo, who had varioloid, has entirely recovered. Dr. Powler says there are no new cases cither in American Fork or Little Cottonwood Canons. From Dr. F. D. Benedict we learn that a board of health has been formed at the furnace in American Fork Canon, for lakiug cave- of tho infected j and excellent arrangements have been1 made for preventing the spread of contagion. |
