The case of Taylor vs. Taylor, in divorce, which was appealed from the 3rd district court, was broueht up for argument, and the case remanded for trial at the district court. It was in this case that Judge Wilson Wil-son ruled that the district court had no jurisdiction over matters of divorce alimony, A-c., it being solely within 'I'e jurisdiction of probate courts, and aording!y struck the cac from his -("Xiet.
