Show RIJIORED CAPITULATION OF PARIS. A telegram from London, dated five o'c ok yesterday afternoon, gives a rumor that Paris has capitulated. Rumors Ru-mors of important war events are of sufficient frequency to cause this one to be received with grave doubts until it is confirmed. That there has been hard fighting for a few days past in the valley of the Loire, within fifty or sixty niiies of Paris, is beyond question; and it is also certain that formidable but unsuccessful sorties have been made from the beleagured city ; but whether the Germans have achieved successes that would render hopeless any assistance assis-tance from the army of the Loire is not yet made clear. Telegrams received accord a victory to each side; and it is probable that both armies may have suffered reverses at different portions of their extended lines. The force under Paladines cannot be luuch if auything short of two hundred thousand thous-and men ; while the combined armies of Priuce Frederick Charlc-i, Mecklenburg Mecklen-burg and der Taun probably number considerably less. Apparently the only hope for Paiis lay in the prospect of Paladines being able to defeat the army opposed to him and then making an attack on the German lines at Paris, Minuhaneous with one by Trochu from the inside. Should the city have capitulated Prussia will have a small-sized elephant on her hand-!, in the shape of nearly three quarters of a million of French prisoners, to be fed and guarded, if the Tours government try to continuo the w ir. Hut the future of France is at urcsciit exceedingly dark and gloomy. That site will be shorn of territory and reduced in her influence and power arc certain.
