Local competitors, out of town competitors make for a great race! See you on the 14th! Ice Cream anyone? "Ice Cream" - get your "ice cream here!" they used to say as the truck carrying the goodies drove up and down the streets, playing his music and watching the magic as children (and adults) would follow as if he was the "Pied Piper"! Summer and ice cream are a great duo. They not only go together, but deserve special attention, as the warm temperatures cause it to "drip" as if a volcano! Everybody loved the "ice cream truck" when we were kids, and once in a while - the modernday kids get the opportunity to hear the music 13, 2012 and follow the man in the ice-cream truck. Prices definitely are larger, but still affordable for a few of the licks of the tongue to get frozen on! Yes - ice cream and summer are a "pair"! Wish one would come by right now - temperatures are sweltering! Have fun and enjoy! Henefer Little Buck a Roo Rodeo - - July 14 - 6 pm barrels, poles, keyhole, breakaway and much more. Monday, July 9, two Summit County Council members, Sally Elliott and Claudia McMullin, and one elected official, Summit County Auditor Blake Frazier, met at the Summit County Courthouse to count the final tally of Provisional and Absentee Ballot Summaries. Envelopes had to be opened, scanned to add to the Primary Election Day's total, which was held on June 26, 2012. Summit County Clerk Kent Jones and Deputy Clerk Ryan Cowley conducted the summary and scan information. Five out of the 138 provisional ballots were all that had to be disqualified. Reasons for disqualifica- tion were: never registered in Utah (2) voted on machine and provisional (2) and change of party (1). There were 708 absentee ballots issued, of which 425 were returned and 6 disqualified out of this number. The six disqualified were post-marked after the deadline. The process went well, quickly, and final ballot totals for the June 26 Primary Election announced within the hour. Liecciim summary Figport LIMN 1 13.
