Progressive Rook was played, luncheon served, arid Dixie and Y songs were sung. More than thirty were in attendance and every one had a good time. At this party the members of the club were divided up into groups. Each group is to give a party some time during the .. Sec.-report- winter. Last Saturday night the second party was held at the home of Dr. Walter Cottam. About Games forty were present. were played and luncheon served. This party was arranged for by Dr. and Mrs. Walter Cottam, Mr. and Mrs. Moroni Cottam, Newell Frei, and Ferdinand Stucki. The next party is to be given some time near Thanksgiving. Some club members are wondering whether or not they will be able to stand all of the glory the club is going to win this winter. Dixieites are taking an active part in school life here. Loren Miles, Lucile Worthen, and Wesley Pearce are doing their bit in music, each having taken part on a number of programs. Newell Frei, Chester Graff, and Mary Graham are busy as training teachers.
