DaVette Butcher will be a new speech therapist for the district next year. Four other teachers will be at the secondary level and include: Randy Mellor, science, East Carbon High School; David Toney, math, ECHS; Richard Sobers, German, Carbon High School; and Tonya Keith, math, Mont Harmon Junior High.
