Funeral PAUL, services were held today in the Paul LDS Stake Center for Leslie Thomas Harper, 82, of Paul, who died Tuesday, Oct. injuries suffered in an automobile accident. 14, 1975 of Mr. Harper was the father of Blaine B. Harper of Provo. He was bom Sept. 19, 1893 in Albioin, Ida., to Thomas E. and Ceiia Ann Phippen Harper. He married Ida Broadhead on June 10, 1920 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, and she died Dec. 12, 1343. He married Virgie Parker Sullivan on June 8, 1950 and she died June 18, 1951 Harper had been a probate judge and a county commissioner. He was active Mr. in the LDS Church. Mr. Feltch was born June 10, 1950 in Payson to Donald Lee aid Lonita Kidd Feltch. He married Susan Kathleen Anderson on Dec. 1, 1973 in Salt Lake City. He was a member of the LDS Church. Mr. Feltch was empioyed Shocker by Construction Co. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
