Imprceslvo funeral services wore held at tho Fifth ward meetlng-houso this afternoon In memory of Alinc Margarott Flygarc, tho fourteen-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Flygarc. who dl2 on Thursday. Thurs-day. Bishop Watson presided over tho services and George Larkln, T. A. Shreeve, Joseph Stanford acted as speakers. The Young Women's Mutual Improvement association, of which tho deceased was a member, attended In a body. Approprlnto music was rendered by the Ward choir under tho direction of Squiro Coop. Interment was made in tho Ogden City cemetery. Charles Pulver of Salt Lake City spent yesterday In Ogden. Parlev Taylor, son of Bishop Taylor of Harrlsvllle. has returned from a mission In the .southern Stntos. Funeral services over the remains of William Hardy, who died on Friday, wcro held this afternoon from tho Fielding nifeling-house. W. Miles and W. Tnnsey leave tomorrow morning for the camps of Goldlleld and Tonopah, by tho overland route. They go from here to Brlgham City, thenco to Wells, Nov , and by way of tho Ruby valley val-ley In tho gold camps Funeral services over the remains of Mm. Mary Knabe were held this afternoon after-noon from tho residence on Twenty-eighth street. The remains wcro sent to Cheyenne Chey-enne for burial and wero accompanied by Mr. A. H Llndqulst. Sheriff Josephson of Box Elder county returned last night, having delivered two prisoners at the State prison In Salt Lake. One of the men was Joe Barnes, who was sent up for forgery and who was captured In this city, and tho other was John Fields, sentenced for house-breaking in Brlgham City. Postmaster Das has received a communication com-munication from "Airs H. P. Marshall of Rockville. Park county Ind., In which that lady asks information regarding tho whereabouts of her son, Edgar Marshall, who has disappeared and has not been heard from since he was In Ogden during tho month of October last. Mrs Eliza Clough. an old respected citizen citi-zen who died on Thursday, was burled this afternoon from the First ward mect-lng-house. Interment was made In tho City cemetery. Mrs. Clough was one of tho llrst settlers In this community and a faithful worker In the Mormon church. She Is survived by two ulsters. Mrs. Orcn Hadlock of this city and Mrs. J. Stlmson of Riverdale. |
