Show SALT LAKE SALESMAN MEETS SUDDEN DEATH COLFAX. Wash., March 2. While-walking While-walking from a hotel to the depot at noon today- F. C. Harbach of Salt Lake fell dead from bursting a blood vessel. Blood gushed from mouth, nose and cars. He died In five minutes without speaking. Ho had eaten dinner, got shaved and, had started to take tho train to Lcwlstown when death camo. Ho was In tho best of health and. spirits five minutes before his death. Mr. Harbach was tho Western traveling representative of tho Chittenden & Eastman East-man furniture house of Burlington, la., with headquarters In Salt Lake. On being be-ing permanently assigned to this section he dcldcd to make this city his home, and for the past two years has lived hero with his family. He was born on December 20. 1S62, In Dcs Moines, lo. After graduating from the public schools he received a position In a furniture establishment, and since that time has been constantly engaged In this business. Ho was engaged In a business of his own for eight years. His wife, when seen last evening, although al-though completely overcome by tho suddenness sud-denness of her husband'B death, gave out tho following report: "Ho left on this fatal trip two weeks ago and. according to his calculations, should havo urrlvcel homo on tho 15th of this month. Although he was not a strong man, ho never complained of heart trouble or any other sickness, and I cannot understand what was the cause of his sudden death. As soon as the body arrives here It will bo shipped right on to Des Moines, where the Interment will tako place." The deceased was maiTled In New York city In 1K. He leaves a wife and a thlr-tcen-ycar-old son to mourn his untimely death. |
