Show ) j KEITH W. WHITAKER Funeral Services Are Held Funeral services were held for Keith W. Whitaker. 63. of 2.6 West State Street, Far-mingron, Far-mingron, who died Feb. 20 in the LDS Hospital of Cancer. MR. WHITAKER was born Aug. 2A, 1912 in Garland. Utah to Edmond Whitaker and Elizabeth Wood. He married Dorothy Bnngham in 1932. They were divorced Jan. 10, 1963. He married Fern Pulley Grokett in Evanston. Wyo. He was a locomotive engineer. en-gineer. Member of the LDS Church. ATTENDED elementary school in Farmington, graduating from Davis High School. He lived in Milford, Utah for 12 years and Salt Lake City and Farmington since 1963. At the time of his death he was a member of the Farmington Third Ward where he worked with the Scouts. He was active in the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Survivors include his wife. Farmington: three sons, six daughters, Dennis K. , St. George, Utah; Don E. Stockton, Stock-ton, Calif.; Dale T., Stockton, Calif.; Mrs. George (Mar-Jean) (Mar-Jean) Grass, Alpine. Utah; Mrs. Dale L. (LaDean) Neff, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Barbara Knudsen, Stockton, Utah; Mrs. Russell (Darlene) Boren, Mrs. Lawrence (Ellen) James Jr., Mrs. Clifford Clif-ford (Judy) Stapes, all of Salt Lake City; 41 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, six sisters: Mrs. Adrain (Geneva) Hess, Oakland, Calif.; Mrs. Warde (Beth) Tolmon, Mrs. Dean (Blanche) Thorpe, both of Bountiful; Eva Whitaker. serving a mission mis-sion in Georgia; Mrs. Leonard (LaJuana) Foot Spanish Fork. Utah; Mrs. Gordon (Nedra) Cardall. Bountiful; one brother, Olene S. Whitaker. Kaysville. SERVICES WERE held Monday, Feb. 23 at 1:30 p.m. in the Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary with the Elders Quorum President, Van M. Bass, Farmington 3rd Ward, officiating. Family prayer, Olene Whitaker; Whi-taker; prelude and postlude music, Leone Fisher; musical selection, "Silver Haired Daddy of Mine", Irvin Pearson, Pear-son, accompanied by Dawn Bain. INVOCATION, Dale Ballantyne; speaker. Bishop R. K. Robinson; musical selections. "To Each His Own". "Somewhere My Love". "Our Song", by Dawn Bain; benediction. Bishop Larry Shepherd. Pallbearers were Ray Christiansen, Earl Neilson. Van Memmott, Edward Beck, Don Stnngfellow, and Karl McRae. DEDICATION of the grave was by Roy Pulley. Interment was in the Farmington City Cemeterv. Care of the flowers was by the Farmington Third Ward Relief Society. |
