Show INFLUENZA CLAIMS FOUR OGDEN VICTIMS Forty-nine New Cases Reported Re-ported to Health Office Tuesday. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. Nov. 5. Four deaths and forty-nine new cases Is today's health office report upon the Spanish Influenza. The number of new cases is twelve less than yesterday. Among the deaths reported today Is that of Ralph Shorten, son of Health Inspector George Shorten and an employee em-ployee of the health department. He died late last night after being confined to his home since Saturday night. The deceased de-ceased was 29 years of age and was born in Ogden. Tie is survived by ills parents, par-ents, three brothers and five sisters. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p. m. in the City cemetery. -Arthur C. Winters died at the Dee hospital hos-pital of influenza at 3:30 p. m. today after a brief illness. Vera Marel Leavltt, 22 years of oge, daughter of James and Rene Leavitt. died at the family residence, 161 Second Sec-ond street, at 7 o'clock this morning of influenza. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mrs. J. R. Galientlne. fi9 years of age, died last night at the family residence,' 3165 Ogden avenue, of Spanish influenza, influ-enza, after a week's illnes.
