Sixteen returning will bolster the line with such standouts as Howard Condie, who. played; ball. for Westminster in his freshman let--,term- en year. Howard has recently returned from, the army, where he played on the Fort Sam Houston squad. Bill Rose, great end . for Westminster last year is back in that position again." The float, about twelve feet tall built on a 23 foot flat truck, donated by trustee Million S. Wycoff for the occasion tvas titled4. Westminster Cinerama. The. float, seen on television as well as by the 90,000 people along the parade route was an outstanding success. Architect Butrch W.
