Affordability is one of our key strategic goals, said Bassis. However, the president outlined four roadblocks to keeping Westminster affordable: more help means less money, Westminster isnt wealthy, finances are squeezed and federal financial aid is being cut. Seidelman was introduced as the man who steers the plane through the storm. Seidelman presented Westminsters new strategies for the future.
