Massachusetts i WHAT ABOUT THE NAME We must decide on a nickname for the school. There is a movement started to change from Parsons. The name chosen must be as carefully chosen as the student body president. Once a name is adopted it has to remain. You cant change every, year. A 23 majority by the students is necessary to drop The Parsons and pick the new name. There have been sotme very good suggestions and there also have been a few jokers in the crowd. Lets keep serious about this change. A nick name should be short and in keeping with the school. Reporters like a short name and the local papers will probably continue to use the name Parsons for sometime to come. If a new name is chosen, lets all get together and let everyone know what it is. Be proud of the name because it is just as representative of the school as are the athletic teams, the, choir and glee clubs and almost any other organization on campus. A.
