Wheel-throw- n handbuilt pieces including bowls, mugs, baskets, plates, ceramic jewelry, Christmas items and wind chimes were some of the objects offered. Theres so many great gift ideas! pottery student Heather VanKampen said. I just cant decide which ones to buy. A wide variety of items were placed out each day to provide a large selection for shoppers to buy from. As in previous years, the public was invited. Both students and other shoppers were encouraged to shop early for best selection. Popular items this year fa ' 1 n miniature bowls and raku teapots, included wheel-throw- vases, and of course, the Christmas wreaths, tree ornaments and jewelry. In the spirit of the season, proceeds from the pottery sale will be donated to the Utah AIDS Foundation. The annual pottery sale provided fun to all who participated. One enthusiastic student laughed, Pottery itself is just so much fun. I just cant think about graduating because theres always another great class to take.
