' ass: BUS Another company also of Omaha is erecting a smelter at Clayton, at the mouth of Kinnikinick creek, 35 miles from Challis. It is in a splendid loca-lioand surrounded by good mines on every hand. The Beardsley and Ramhorn mines arc the only ones opened extensively. The former has a shaft and tunnel upon it, by which the mine is reached at the depth of 100 feet, and the levels are in a body of good concentrating ore.
