Mex., between . 1939 and 1943 are described in a report released today by Dr. R. R. Sayers, Bureau Director. Engineers examined the Taylor Creek Mining District properties by excavating more than 320 test pits, digging 71 trenches and collecting nearly 1200 samples of ore. Although the investigations showed the presence of low-gra- de tin, concentration tests on samples revealed 'that only small percentages of metal could be produced from the Taylor Creek ores.
