The annual report to shareholders by W. M. Yeaman, president, said that the firm had bought a undivided interest in the King James and King Edward uranium claims of the Ransom properties. These are producing claims which royalty interests were acquired during 1955. Along with the purchase, the company acinterest in a quired a mining lease upon the remaining 158 claims, the report told. Development and exploration work began in September, but very little production was made because of the large effort in this direction. Clayton Silver reports net earn ings of $179,491 from sale of lead and silver concentrates from the Clayton Mine, whose gross receipts were $627,532 for 1956. Mr. Yeaman said the mine had 120,000 ore in retons of serves and that last years production was one of the best despite a 158 per cent increase in taxes and a 30 per cent hike in mining ary and milling costs. lead-silver-zi- (c) y NOTICE TO CREDITORS Clayton Silver Buys Interest In Claims one-sixt- h 4 7) r one-sixt- h McCarthy, (3-8-5- 7) Harrison S.
