Miller, Sr., in the heart of the Moab, Utah, business center, at 11 North Main Street. The construction contract was awarded to Ragnar Benson, Inc., whose Western Division office is in North Salt Lake City. The new building is adjacent to the existing Millers Moab Cooperative, a general mercantile store. It contains 4500 square feet of sales area on the first floor and 4500. square feet for rental offices and suites, on the second floor. The Offices are designed so that multiple occupancy may be arranged on a flexible basis. The existing store of Millers Moab . . Cooperative will be remodeled to serve as a modem super market, when the new building is occupied. Demand for office space has ready reached near capacity, alal- though the new structure actually will not be completed until the middle of December.
