TUNGSTEN ORE $24-2- 5 a -- Merger of three large uranium companies was approved this week in Salt Lake as stockholders of Aladdin Uranium Co. and Uranium, Oil & Trading Co. voted to consolidate with Elater-it-e Basin Uranium Co. of New York. Terms of the agreement provide for trading 10 shares of Aladdin or Uranium Oil- & Trading for 1 share of Elaterlte Basin which is Incorporated for 2,000,000 shares. 'Par value is - $2.50 per share. Transfer of the stock Is now underway, according to Mr. J. Walters, Jr. president of Aladdin and Uranium Oil & Trading, who stated that after 60 days these two companies' will go out' of existence. Mr. Walters will become managing director of the Elaterlte Company. Consolidated holdings of the new firm will be comprised of 219 mining claims located in Emery, Garfield, Wayne and San Juan counties, Utah. Steady production is now being maintained from the Green Vein and Hertz leases in Emery County, Mr. Walters said.
