Glen Drew, principal of Farnsworth elementary, is inviting parents to visit classrooms from 10 to 11 a.m. Mondays through the remainder of the school year. Parents will be taken on a tour of the school and will have an opportunity to become better acquainted with the curriculum, with teachers and with school procedures, he said. We hope parents will take this opportunity to tour the school and to discuss any aspects of school life and get better acquainted with the school, he said. Interested parents are being asked to contact the school secretary at or the PTA president, Shauna Reed, for an appointment. Tours will be limited to six persons each day.
