The ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m. and will be concluded by a tour of the two facilities. The two buildings, located directly north of the Davis Medical Center in Layton, have been under construction for over a year. The Alcohol and Rehabilitation Center will house 16 patients on a residential basis. The mental health center will provide the housing for counseling and treatment programs. They are devoting themselves to perfecting musical numbers that are considered extremely dif- ficult for high school groups. Their efforts are proving very successful. LAST YEAR they were named the outstanding performing group among over 80 western state orchestras at the Northwestern States in Orchestra Festival Portland, Oregon.
