Is This a War in Korea? Of course it is a war. Just a little war right now and how big it is going to be will hate to be decided in the Kremlin. The general feeling among our population, that sooner or later, America is going to hate to take a firm stand on human rights and now is as good a time as ant. It is hoped a firm stand now will stop a big war later. We hate all heard it said that we won the last war but lost the peace. Now is no time to be crying over mistakes of the past. They hate been made so there is only one thing left to do, profit by past mistakes and see that this time we win the peace. It is up to etery one of us to put up a united front, do some good sound conservative thinking, not get panicky oter our indi-tiducomforts and needs and whether we are going to have shortages' with which to contend. If we will all use good judgment in our buying there should he no cause for worry about shortages and our personal comforts. i There should be plenty for every tine. Hoarding by a bring on rationing and again as in the past the many will suffer for the acts of the few and rationing as of the last war will be mild to what we can expect this time. So let us all keep a cool head, profit by past experience, and support the leaders of the war department and we will come through this hot war with flying colors just as we always have in the past. LOCKER GOSSIP: The above trend of reasoning should go along in the buying of our food supplies. There is a tendency to rush out and buy beyond our immediate future needs. It is thrifty buying to keep your locker filled with "food as that supply takes care of immediate future needs but buing for the far distant future is hoarding in any mans land. Conservative buying will not make a drain on present stock piles, Buy-in- g what you need and no more should tend to hold prices at their present levels. I am confident that with a little cooperation by every one that the crisis that we are facing as of today will he handled by our armed forces in a favorable manner and our future welfare will four-year-ol- I ten-da- y Barr Lon Ly' gteea gem effect leaa drtctmg cemcemtemce r Bodily.
