SECTION VI That no ballot, answering said question Yes or No, as the case may be, shall be received by the said Judges of Election unless the person offering the same shall be a qualified elector of Kaysville City, County of Davis, State of Utah, and shall have paid a property tax in the year preceding said election. SECTION VII That the City Council of Kaysville City, County of Davis, State of Utah, shall meet at its regular meeting place at K:im p. m. on Monday, the 17th day of February,' A. D. 1941, being the first Monday following the special bond election, to sit as a convassing board to canvass the returns of said election. SECTION VIII That the City Recorder be, and she is hereby instructed and directed to cause a copy of this Ordinance to be published immediately in one issue of The Weekly Reflex, a newspaper of general circulation in Kaysville City, County of Davis. State of Utah, and that a certified copy thereof be deposited in the office of said City Recorder. SECTION IX That, since in the opinion of Said City Council of Kaysville City. County of Davis. State of Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of said City, this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption, approval and publication ADOPTED by the City Council of Kaysville City.
