Sun.set-Sout- . 4 Weber h Road Closing Will 'Cause Inconvenience Lowest Budget Since 1937 is Adopted by Commission Monday; Final Document Shows an Expenditure of $136,870 FARMINGTON A county budget of $136,870, the low, est since 1937, was adopted Monday by commissioners at a special meeting belli at the courthouse hero. Cutting nearly all departmental expenses, commissioners slashed $16,460,from the amount budgeted for in 1910. This years budget will total $136,870, as compared to $153,330 for last year. Five changes were made Monday in the budget as tenta- lively set last week at $140,620. Commissioners expense, set at $900 was reduced-t$825; attorneys expense placed at $695 was raised to $720; the sundry account was increased from $4,500 in the tentative budget to $6,300 to allow $1,000 for work oh hack records and $800 for. a surveyor; $1,500 was and $1,000 was taken pared from the weed control account ' from the road fund. , Following is the budget as adopted, compared to that of Chester C.
