The annual meeting of the shareholders of the Kaysville-Layto- n Milling company will be held at the office of the Barnes Banking company on Tuesday, February 21, at 11 a. m. A board of nine directors will be elected at this meeting to serve during the ensuing year. Mrs. Mark Roberta of Clearfield visited with her sister, Mrs. M. W. rhillipa on Friday.
