Robins, Mr. and Mrs. John Graham, Dr. and Mrs. W. E. Whitak er, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schof field, Mr. and Mrs. Acey Vest, Mrs. James Ball, Mrs. Slater Ball, Mrs. William Lavender, Mrs. Jamima Rochell, Mrs Frank Stoddard; Misses Maggie Ball, Marva Ball, Corinne Ball and Mae Ball and Messrs. Harris Rochell, Ron-aiSwan and Ardell Rochell Mrs. Nathan Reeves has been very ill at her home for several days. Miss Muriel Reeves is home from school owing to the illness of her mother and during her absence Mrs. Sterling Sill is substituting for her at the Lay ton school S. A. Cottrell of Salt Lake visited with his sister, Mrs. Ortan A. Wil Hams on Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Parley Smith, of Grace, Idaho, have moved to Salt Lake where they will make their home. Mrs. Smith was formerly Miss Lillie Bar ton, of Kaysville. The children of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Layton have been ill with chicken pox for several days. The infant child of Mr. and Mrs, Acey Vest is very ill, suffering from an attack of whooping caugh. Mr. and Mrs. Charles II. Burton an nouncs the marriage of their son, Sherman I Burton and Miss Ha V. Iledgpeth, of Farmington. The mar riage took place in Salt Lake Wednesday. Joseph W. Allen and Miss Mary Spies were married in Salt Lake Fri day. Mr. Allen is in the employ of the Wasatch Gas company. Mrs. John W. Galley entertained at luncheon at her home Wednesday afternoon. Covers were laid for Mrs, G. I Asher and Mrs. Charles Cottrell of Salt Lake, Mrs. Elizabeth Rucker, Mrs. Mary L Strong, Mrs. James A. Cottrell and Mrs. Nephi Warren. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Green spent Tuesday in Ogden as guests of Mrs, Cora Buckway and family. Mrs. George E. Barton of Provo a the guest of her mother, Mrs. Emily S. Barnes for a few days. Mrs. Harry Barber spent thpast week in Salt Lake as guest of her daughter, Mrs. Preston DeLynn. Miss Aileen Green, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Green, is very ill, suffering from an attack of pneumonia. Shirley M. Barnes was very ill for a few days this week, suffering from sm attack of appendicitis. Tuesday he underwent an operation at the Dee hospital, and at last reports was doing nicely. Mrs. Agnes Stoddard and children, of Hooper, have been guests of Mrs. Jamlma Rochell and family for a few dap. Mrs. E. M. Bagley and Mrs. Jennie Fherson, both of Salt Lake, were luncheon guesta of Miss Irene Swan Monday afternoon.
