No. 19 STATE .irn$ or the ASSCCIATD THE DAVIS COUNTY rilUlWAi The Kaysville Commercial dub, representative boosters of Davis county, has taken the lead in planning' a celebration to mark the completion of the hard surface highway between Ogden and Salt Lake Ciy. It is an event - worthy of being celebrated. Salt Lake City and county and Ogden and Weber county, the terminals of the important highway, can be expected to join with Davis county in making the affair a big success. Salt Lake and Ogden are the two biggest cities of the state. Whatever draws them doaer together and adds to the importance of one or both benefits the entire satte. DaviT county is a highly valued neighbor of both cities, the crops from her fertile acres being welcomed in the homes of thousands of residents of the nearby cities. The Kaysville Commercial club is standing at the central point in the highway, now nearing completion, and with hands outstretched to north and south is inviting the big neighbon to join with the people of Davis county in expressing joy at the finishing of a big and important job. The new highway will link the three counties closer together; it will make ns closer and better neighbors, .and it will add to the wealth and prosperity of ns all.
