The End of the Rainbow to CHILD Pa Its the National Educational Bureau is planning a survey of the child power of the United States Every child under six years of age, is to be registered and examined. Rooms are to be fitted up in every community at such places as will be convenient to the population,"and in these the children will be registered and examined. Two thousand blanks for such examinations have been received by E. P. Ellison, chairman of the County Council of Defense. The work must be done without cost, and committees are now being organized for such work. The committee of Davis coun-a- y, having this work in hand, consists of Supt. H. C. Burton, Dr. B. L. Kes-l- er and Mrs. John W. Thornley. At a meeting held at the Court House last Tuesday the Relief society organizations of the two stakes in Davis county were asked to undertake this work and they agreed to do so.
