The matter under discussion was the proposition to construct a concrete sidewalk between the points named on the north side of the street tion, a vote as to whether walks - should be constructeifwras taken anTit was found that a majority of the property represented at the meeting was against the improvement, but not .a .majority of the property in the pro-- , posed district. During the discussion it was proposed by Heber J. Sheffield that a meeting be held at the Kaysville opera house on Monday evening, July 30th, to which all the property owners of Kaysville be invited, for the purpose of considering the proposition of bonding the city for the building of sidewalks. On motion the proposition was adopted and the meeting will be held on that date unless new cases of scarlet fever develop in the city. Those present at the meeting seemed to favor ' the proposition.
