State Engineers Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 24, 1913 Notice is hereby given that Mary Harvey, whose post office address is KaysviHe, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate one and one-ha(Vz) cubic-fee- t of water per second from an unnamed spring in Davis County, Utah; Said spring is situated at a point which bears south 58d'egrees 20 minutes east 851.4 feet distant of the north quarter corner of Section 1, Township 3 north,.
