More people are registering to vote than ever before. It is amazing what candidates will do to get elected. There is more positive energy towards registering to vote and voting. When the question, "Who will you vote for?" is given, the answer will come back regarding the presidential election. There is much more on the ballot this year than the presidential race. While some so-called "informed citizens" may brag and boast of their political knowledge, they couldn't name their state representatives. Our local representatives decide how much we pay in taxes on homes: our city leaders choose what rates we pay for certain utilities; our state leaders make the laws prosecuting criminals, and protecting the innocent. Obama definitely proved his case that McCain is committed to continuing the policies of this failed current administration. By his own words and actions, McCain proved himself to be an angry, contentious, discourteous - and scared - 'old' man (my apologies to every senior)with no idea of what reality is for average Americans. If McCain should win the election, my ¥ greatest fear is that something awful would happen to him. Which means that Palin would be the president.
