Wurst will replace Kathryn MacKay who will become director of the university's teaching and learning forum. MacKay will still be teaching classes in the women's studies area and will still be a part of the movement to wa rd women believing in themselves. Wurst said the women's studies program focuses on feminist scholarship to encourage fresh perspectives and help balance students' fields of study. Wheeler will be one of seven on the board, which will have a representative from each of the nation's regions.
