Carole Fisher: Students haven't been allowed to smoke in the TUB and I feel that we should not allow those few students who do smoke cause an undesirable and unpleasant atmosphere in this new building. Has Its Place "I think smoking has it's place, and the Union Building isn't the place for it. It isn't the right atmosphere because so many stu dents don't smoke here," said Benn Mendoza. Not Harmful Clell Lambertson: feels that smok ing is a matter of preference and not harmful to anyone other than the smoker. "In colleges in other states people are not prejudiced against smoking and they have a place set aside for it. It would look better it students were smoit Smelling' Be ing in a designated place and not hanging around outside the buildings smoking."
