Do you think girls should wear slacks on the college campus ? Judy Vaughn thinks they're sill right as long as they're not too tight . . . "They're a convenience." "It's okay," said Dennis Peterson, "however, casual clother make for a casual atmosphere. Most girls Look better in skirts and dresses. Slacks don't leave much for imagination!" Look Nice Peggy Pulsipher "I think girls should be conscious of their femininity and dress as ladies. If it's necessary for them to wear them to a particular class, then it's be perfectly acceptable.. It's all right with Leonard Stevenson. "Some girls look pretty nice in slacks." "I think they're all right," said Judy Davidson, "they're not any more revealing that the short skirts." Open-Blinded Jim Sass - I think they should; most girls look rather cute in them. "Yeah!" was Gary Saunders comment, "They can do anything they want, I'mopen-minded." "In other four year universities girls aren't allowed to wear slacks why should we?" asked Linda Monk. Fred Wilberg: "Not necessarily, unless the girls need to wear them for certain classes. Student Cast Readies Williams' Drama By Jim Sass Signpost Staf Writer The Weber College Theatre Arts Department will open its doors to 'Glaiss Menagerie' directed by T. Leonard Rowley, on February 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 in the Moench Arena Theatre - 8:30 p.m. 'Glass Menagerie' is" one of Tennessee Williams earliest and perhaps best plays. It has been ranked as one of the most outstanding American Dramatic works. Professional Job The cast, consisting of Mike Valentine, Kay McGarry, Linda Oborn and Ray Perry, has been in rehearsal since Christmas and the talent of director Rowley has turned these college students into well-nigh professional actors making the play unbelievably fascinating. There is absolutely no way to describe 'Glass Menagerie', except to say that every scene will leave the audience breathless. To know and believe the story, a person has' to ' see it. Fascinating, Different The play is fascinatingly different not only in plot but in lighting and scenery as well. The wrap around set enfolds the audience. This is Mr. Rowley's second play of the current season and should be just as good as 'Death of a Salesman'. Faculty and students may purchase tickets at the cashier's window for 75 cents. Season ticket for the two remaining arena plays may be purchased for $1.00. Preference Ball Next On A. W. S.
