After paying for the essentials (tuition, books, a massive Hi-Fi Dolby 4.0 stereo surround system, etc.) wallets can be rather empty at the grocery store. To help students stretch their food budget, The Signpost's scientific review committee (Scott Allen) has compiled this Helpful Food Guide. of paying a lot of money for many items, buy one item in bulk, like oranges. If you only eat oranges for a week, not only will you save money, your intestines will be as smooth as a Slip 'N Slide. The next week you can buy bacon, or maybe mustard.
