W. C. Will Shine Again From the very fine showing of the Wildcat team it may be assumed that Weber will be one of the top junior colleges in the nation for the third straight year. Ray Rhead, IM director, is well pleased with the interest and participation in the intramural program.More participation is possible as is pointed out by the fact that only five organizations have scored any IM points. Any team entering an event is awarded entrance points in proportion to the number of participants and the nature of the event. Out of all the organizations on campus that have entered IM in previous years only, Excelsior, Phoenix, Faculty, Davis County and The Foreign Students have shown any interest this year. All events are over for Fall Quarter but the Winter sports are well into the planning stages. Anybody can participate in IM so give it a try. The IM standings are: Sigma ,"05 Excelsior 3r0 Phoenix 130 Faculty 85 Davis County . 80 |
