Four works of touch football haw screened out t ho host teams in the intramural program. Sigma 'A' remained undefeated in the playing season to tuck the football championship under its belt. Pavis County pressed Sigma all the way. Monday the championship game was played between these two teams. Scored Karly Sigma scored early in the second half to put the 'Sigs' ahead ti-l. The extra point attempt was successful. Davis County was unable to score as Sigma won the game and the football title. Pavis County won the runner-up shot. Kxcels 'B' and Sigma IV battled it out for third Tuesday. Excels won the game and the third spot. In tournament play, Sigma V played and won four games Sigma B' won two tied two and lost one. Davis County won three and tied one they were given one loss. Excels 'A' tied one and lost the rest. Excels 'B', the third place team, won three and dropped two. Phoe-rti won one and either lost or defaulted the rest. The Faculty was winless the entire tournament. Cross Country The route for the cross country has been decided on. All runners will start at the Og-den High track and run to Taylor. The rest of the race will be run as far as possible from the Harrison traffic. People like Suz-' zann Stock who keeps playing footsie while playing volleyball. Then there is Cherly Perry who keeps falling down and hurting her an-' kle so that she won't have to play. Carol Everts, the freshman tan-talizer, keeps knocking halls out of people hands. It's grand to see Irene Parker, advisor to O. T., down playing vol-, leyball with all the pep and vigor of an 0. T. girl. Xedra Wheeler came all the way from work to help L. D. out at the last minute. What would the WIA do without ' girls like these. That's what makes WIA so much fun on campus.
