Using applied psychology Dr. Stratford, dean of men, liandles many personal student problems each day- Through his office flows a steady stream of troubled men. The variety of their problems is endless. Some need advice on study, others on social or financial problems. Handing out advice is by no means the end of his aid to students. The dean follows each problem through to a satisfactoryconclusion. Observing the dean's activities this morning, the importance of his office was readily apparent. In less than 20 minutes he dealt with 3 students; restoring self confidence to one, arranging a study program for another, and guiding the third to a job. Dr- Stratford extends his personal invitation to those desiring assistance and suggests that all male students with problems take advantage of the professional guidance offered by his office.
