This rurhor has spread like wildfire throughout Weber and an. atmosphere of excitement permiates the very air. The rumor is that the Annual Girls' Day is to be held in the near future and fellow students, it's true! The officers of the Girls' Association are pleased to announce that Girls' Day will be held Friday, May 13th, and they sincerely hope that Friday the 13th will prove a lucky day. Committees are being arranged and plans for I he day's program are under way. Though thu plans are not yet complete, the officers report that the day's program will be a good deal on the same order as it has been in the past. There will be regular class work up until Devotional time and then the fun will begin! Boys, the girls will "pull off" the cleverest, most interesting program of the year in Assembly. Bring your handkerchiefs and prepare to laugh till you cry. Put cotton in your ears to avoid the deafening strains of our Girls' Jazz band. It's going to be a treat. What do you say to a dip in the Ogden Hot Springs in the afternoon? Yes, we have been granted a half holiday the whole afternoon, in which we may celebrate. Best of all, to "top off" the day, will be our Girls' Dance. Girls, now is your chance to show the fellows, one good time! You only have the chance once a year. Let's take advantage of it and make the boys "sit up and take notice." The hall is to be gorgeously decorated and you may expect to step into an enchanting fairy garden, of flowers, music and moonlight.
