Peterson Weber State Board Of Trustees Elect New 1967-68 Officers Ogden attorney Ira A. Huggins was re-elected Tuesday to a second term as chairman of the Weber State College Board of Trustees. Huggins has served as a member of the board since its initial appointment in 1960. Elected as vice chairman was William G. Dr. Robert A. Clarke was reelected secretary and Dr. James R. Foulger was re-elected treasurer of the board. Both men are WSC vice presidents. In formal action, trustees approved the appointment of Marvin J. Peterson as Assistant Dean of Students. He succeeds Rolfe Kerr who resigned July 1 to accept a posi tion as an international officer of berg, of Salt Lake City, the Latter-day saints student Association in Salt Lake City. Peterson, WSC track coach, has been a faculty member for the past and the U.S. Government for con 11 years. Trustees also recognized Alan B. Blood of Kaysville and Wayne S. Winters of American Fork as new members of the board, succeeding Zar Hays and Sherman Lowe of Salt Lake City. Gov. Calvin L. Rampton recently appointed the two men to the board and re-appointed Hammond, Frank Francis, Jr., Joseph F. Breeze, all of Ogden, and John H.
