Blvd. Ogden Mr. White Hale Wins Nobel Prize For Peace By Seth White It looks like this year Weber will have another A-1 basketball team. The grads won by two points in a very close game all the way. A 1 p h o Rho extends the friendly handshake to Brig-ham Young University on the assembly they put on for the college. The talent was right there at the top. This Friday Excels is putting on a dance called the "Malific." Now, this reporter, wanting to learn more about the green spots' way of life, referred to his pocket dictionary. Upon not finding Malific there, he went to the college unabridged dictionary and got the same results. Ten dictionaries, encyclopedias, and World books later, the word still remains lost. (Interesting? no.) The Nobel Prize for Peace this year may likely be given to John Hale for his brilliant contribution in sparing eighty rejected green spots and their future at Weber College. The unselfish way that he volunteered his life, loves, and phone number will long be remembered through the annals of time. John, the Alpha Rho handshake goes to you as well as Fred for giving the eighty heartbroken rushees a chance to at least wear-grass stained sweaters and the desire to exist. The college thanks you, we thank you, and a hun dred and sixty worried mothers and fathers thank you. Until next week, one knight to another. Phoenix Stars In Arena Play By John Hale Everybody support the Malific. I can't get over mygood-natured-ness. Watch your step gang, the green monsters are on the speaking terms. It is hard to understand until you see the green dollar signs in their eyes. Gee, sis your new members are the choicest yet. I bet that the pro d i g a 1 brothers come home. Congratulations me! "The Late Mr. Early" has reached a peak and tonight seems to be the most promising performance. The "Phoenix" production will feature six Poens in key spots.
