Girls Check Out By Dennis Dahl After a recent trip to San Francisco I would like to say that the girls at Weber, in comparison, are really an asset to Weber College, the community and state. In passing, Fredric would like to expound on the qualities of the girls of various social clubs. Without a doubt they are the most polite, nicest, congenial, well respected, and have a certain tendency toward being very beautiful. I am sorry there have been certain misconceptions, only of various ill humored people of Weber College. Tonight, those so fortunate to be asked, we would like you to go to L.D.'s fabulous dance Moonlight Garden.Remember also that O.T., Sharmea, and T.K. will sponsor an event just a& charming as L.D.'s so planaccordingly. They were elected next year's vice president and secretary respectively. The squaws are proud of the new officers and know you'll do an excellent job. The Social Committee did a good job on the dinner dance. They should be congratulated on the good work. Next Wednesday the squaws and "E" men will hold their annual Western party. It promises to be a great party. I would like to issue a word of caution to all those attending this event. Beware of Hancock! In charge are Lynda Coleman, Shannon Reyns, Betty Ballard and Rod Connors. The squaws are also looking forward to our traditional Easter breakfast, Easter morning. It will be held at the Mansion House at 6:30 a.m. That's early in the morning but I'm sure all present and past squaws will have a good time. Connie Jones is in charge of the affair. Green Paint, White Rocks, Sorry Mess By John Hale Look out' for that rolling rock Ralph! Whew ... I feel like a war correspondent or something sitting up here in full view of the valley. It is pretty although everything is so green belongs to a Phoenix car before we play kindergarten on the windows with green enamel. Nice goin' Dean, Dick and Allan. We almost didn't get the grade trophy this quarter. The intellects from Sigma came mighty close. Speaking of Sigma, a class will be held at the seventeenth ward Relief Society Room for the Phoenix men who can't tell a Greek "Sigma" from an "E" (the typewriter burped when I typed that last letter). Well, what more can be said . . . I deny it. I just had something in my eye Friday night, that's all. Till later then, keep your hands up and look to the mountains from which your comforter cometh.
