Show PRIVATE PROPERTY AT SEA. One Question United States Would Like to Discuss. London, May 23. The correspondent correspond-ent of the Daily Chronicle at The Hague says: "The United States would like to discuss questions affecting private pri-vate property at sea, and it is not true that such questions have been ruled out of the conference. An Anglo-Saxon delegate declared that if the conference confer-ence should do nothing but agree to the establishment of international arbitration arbi-tration of an optional kind and extended ex-tended to the sea the same respect which is paid to private property on land in time of war, it would do much."
