Show Funeral Services Held For Dr. Lawrence Snow SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, April 1. Funeral services were conducted at 1 p. m., Saturday, Mar. 27th, in the Bonneville L. D. S. ward chapel, Salt Lake City, for Dr. Lawrence Crosby Snow, 56, former' Dixieite, and prominent physician and orthopedic specialist of Salt Lake City for many years. Bishop Junius M. Jackson conducted the services, with burial in the Salt Lake City cemetery. Dr. Snow was born in St. George, May 2, 1886, a son of Erastus Beman Sr., and Elida Crosby Snow. Following his graduation grad-uation from the St. George high school he filled a two-year mission mis-sion in the New England states. On his return he attended the University of Utah, and later attended at-tended the Jefferson Medical college col-lege in Philadelphia, Pa., graduating gradu-ating with his M. D., in 1914, and returning to Salt Lake City for his interneship in the L. D. S. hospital. hos-pital. After his interneship in 1915, he practiced medicine in Park City, until 1927, then spent two years at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in orthopedic surgery, returning to Salt Lake City in 1929, where he has since resided, and occupied a post as staff doctor of the L. D. S. hospital. He was married Sept. 12, 1911, in the St. George Temple to Mat-tie Mat-tie Mc Arthur of St. George, who, with their four children survive him. These include two sons, Burke M. Snow, an interne at the Temple university hospital, Philadelphia, Phila-delphia, and Wayne M. Snow of Salt Lake City; and two daughters. daugh-ters. Mrs. Norma Snow Hammond of Seattle, Wash., and Miss Phyllis R. Snow of Salt Lake City. Also surviving are four brothers, Erastus Eras-tus B. Snow Jr., Leo A. Snow, Harold S. Eail Clemments of Park City. Death came to Dr. Snow as result of a cardiac ailment. He is well-known for his expert and tireless service as a physician his kindness extending to hundreds of people from whom he expected an received no other compensation than gratitude.
