Show INJURIES FAmL 10 BUNKERVILLE YOUTH Lee Tobler, Former Dixie Student, Died Friday As Result of Crash. Brought to the Washington County hospital about midnight last Wednesday suffering from what proved to be fatal injuries received in an auto accident between be-tween Mesquite and Bunkerville earlier in the evening. G. 'Lee Tobler died Friday evening at 7 o'clock. v The fatal collision was caused, it is said', by glaring headlights. Tobler was en route to Mesquite from Bunkerville with some friends and was standing on the running board of the machine. They met a south-bound car. and the two drivers, blinded by the headlight, misjudged the distance allowed for passing. Tobler was struck by the passing car. knocked from the ! running board and dragged for several feet. He suffered a cash in the right lig that required 24 stitches to close, three broken ribs, a broken hip bone and internal injuries . which caused his death.
